"Turns out I need the little bushing that holds the spiral in place how do I get one of those or else it’s not usable I didn’t realize that was missing and it didn’t come with the spiral. Please let me know at Jangoldstein@ca.rr.com."
"I replaced the spiral for an opener that was years old and was getting difficult to get into the cork. This was not an electric opener so it was very easy to remove and replace the old spiral. I recommend trying this for anyone that is starting to have trouble with their opener."
"👍👍👍👍"
"these spirals do wear out and it gets hard to open a bottle. i'm glad it is so easy to replace them. thank you rabbit."
"The new spiral works good. However, there is what seems to be a plastic guide inside the Rabbit Vertical that keeps the spiral straight. That piece seems like the hole has gotten much bigger which causes the spiral to not always go into the cork straight which makes it harder to get out;."
"Love it"
"It’s likely perfectly fine but not what I thought I was getting. Needed a replacement for my electric wine opener but this does not work. Would like to return it but is postage paid, otherwise may cost more than the item."
"A new spiral does not solve my problem. The spiral does not pull the cork. Could there be an issue with the Rabbit puller?"
"why don't you have replacement spirals?"
"Item was lost in shipping. Last tracked in Mesquite Tx for days. It has been reordered."
