Paper Plane Cocktail

Cocktail trends come and go, but the Paper Plane is soaring higher than ever this year. This modern classic has been making its way onto bar menus everywhere, and we’re not complaining. Equal parts citrusy, herbal, and smooth, it’s a cocktail with perfect balance.

At Rabbit, we’ve taken a slight twist on the traditional recipe. By swapping Aperol for L'Aperitivo Nonino, we get a more herbal, nuanced flavor and avoid artificial coloring. It's become a favorite at our office happy hours, and we're pretty confident it'll land a spot in your rotation too.

Ingredients

(Makes a double or two singles)

• 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
• 1.5 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
• 1.5 oz L’Aperitivo Nonino

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
