HOW TO MAKE A MARGARITA:
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 4 oz tequila
- 1.5 oz dry curaçao
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave
- 2 dashes of salt
- Garnishes: salt + lime wedges
Instructions:
- Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses, then dip the rims into a small dish of salt.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, dry curaçao, lime juice, agave syrup, salt, and ice.
- Shake well for about 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish each with a lime wedge and serve!
For a Slightly Smoky Mezcal Margarita: Add only 3 oz tequila and 1 oz of mezcal.
